Unveil the design concept and character setting of Orion.
Greetings, Survivors and Killers!
When we set out to design Orion, we wanted more than just another alien killer. It had to embody arrogance, power, and menace, a creature with both a terrifyingly advanced and disturbingly humanoid silhouette.

The Concept Behind Orion
Orion is an exiled alien warrior, shackled and banished into the void of space.
When awakened, its first thought is just endless resentment. To it, humanity is nothing more than a lesser species, a stage to prove its supremacy.
That’s why, although armed with devastating technology, Orion refuses to unleash its full arsenal at once. Instead, it toys with its prey, relying on its own speed, strength, and cruelty to make its point clear: this is what true power looks like.

Character Illustration
We leaned into a purple palette to highlight its features: outerspace and arrogance, while blue in the background brings the sci-fi atmosphere. The glowing parts in its body aren’t just for show; they indicate Orion is pulsing with electricity, charging it for bursts of speed.
Orion’s skull-like helmet doubles as a motion-scanning device, sharpening its hunt while cementing an unforgettable, iconic image.
Its armor, forged from materials unique to its alien civilization, projects raw intimidation without slipping into lifeless mech plating. Organic textures and spiral motifs—hallmarks of its culture’s aesthetic— wind across the surface, making the design feel both alien and eerily alive.

Skills Pulsing with Electricity
Arc Blades: Orion’s melee strikes can leave Survivors stunned, as if electrocuted, unable to flee after its relentless assault.
Recharge: Its skills draw directly from the electricity coursing through its body.
Guided Spear-Gun: Mounted on its back, this is its ultimate weapon. In the later stage of the hunt, impatience takes over. Orion inputs his prey’s coordinates, and the spear hunts heat signatures on its own, leaving nowhere to hide.

Orion is an all-around Killer. It moves with terrifying speed, cloaks itself in stealth, and menaces its prey with fear. His arsenal lets him strike up close with brutal melee or rain destruction from afar. Whether he’s blocking escape routes or unleashing high-tech precision, Orion embodies the relentless cruelty at the heart of Terrorscape 2.
Far from the Earth, there is a civilization called “Orion”, which has advanced scientific technology. They pick 16 warriors with the most potential and hold a tournament annually to choose the most formidable warrior on the planet. Orion II was lost at the final battle, and he gained the title of the 2nd strongest warrior. However, so arrogant he was, he could not accept the fact that he was not No.1 on this planet. He sneak-attacked and killed the Orion I at the crowded award ceremony. Multiple royal guards stopped and oppressed him. He was arrested and then sentenced to death. “How dare they wanna put me to death…” He broke out of jail and fled from the planet by stealing a warp-drive spaceship. The spaceship finally crashed at a spot not far from the Arctic station on Earth. Field scientists transported the spaceship to the station for investigation. Orion II woke up.
He had been a caged beast in the spaceship for years. Now he becomes a brutal and violent soul who is full of resentment and rage. Encountering the weak and fragile creature – human, he is going to release his rage and does not accept those inferior creatures challenging him or getting rid of his ravening.
