Season 2 maps introduce two new search locations: one for medical gear, one for weapons. Survivors can now plan their path with greater precision, choosing what they need to survive….. or to strike back!
Hey Survivors and Killers,
No survivor escapes by luck. They do plan their route, calculate their risks, and arm themselves for what’s coming. In Terrorscape Season 2, we’re expanding how survivors survive, with two all-new search locations featured across every map.
In Season 1, survivors could search in three key locations to find keys, weapons, medical kits, and other useful items. That core mechanic remains… but things have changed. In Season 2, the number of key locations is reduced to two, and instead, two new dedicated locations have been added:
- Weapon Search Location – (e.g., Outdoor Storage in the core map)
- Medical Search Location – (e.g., Medical Bay in the core map)
Each location features a specialized search deck. When survivors perform the Search action here, they’ll draw directly from either the Weapon or Medical deck, which includes most of the related items, letting them plan their survival more precisely.
Need to patch up wounds and stay in the game? Head to the bay. Looking to arm yourself and fight back? Head to storage.
But remember, time is ticking, and the killer is always listening…
A Sneak Peek at What You Might Find…
First Aid Kit (Medical Search Location)
Silently tend to your wounds, or those of an ally. Heal yourself or a teammate without making a sound, keeping your presence hidden and your body in one piece.
Dynamite (Weapon Search Location)
Dynamite grants +3 defense when used in an encounter, but beware: it triggers the Killer’s rage. After you use it, the Killer draws a card… accelerating their growth and making the future rounds even deadlier.
Flash Grenade (Weapon Search Location)
Used after an encounter, this grenade boosts an your escape potential. Normally, survivors can move 0–1 spaces after encounter. But with this item, it becomes 0–2, helping you vanish further into the shadows. As a bonus, the Killer discards all cards in hand, disrupting their plans and delaying their next big play.
Choose Your Path. Equip With Purpose.
These new search locations enhance the strategic depth of survival or hunting. Survivors can now prioritize what they need most: healing, firepower, or simply hope. But stepping toward those may be a gamble… because the killer is listening, deducing and learning.
Make your move carefully. Because in Terrorscape, every choice echoes through the darkness.
